Simple utility which brings an arbitrary source object to the map representation.

• Should the source object be a map already, the operation is trivial;
• In case the source object is a collection it is turned into a map with keys equal to either the values of property or consequent natural numbers;
• For any other source type - a log warning is emitted and an empty map is returned.
