Default converter which is used to convert value from datasource into String representation. e.g. From Node to identifier in case of JcrDatasourceDefinition or from Option to Option.getValue() in case of OptionListDefinition If ValueBoundProperty.getConverterClass() is set then defaultConverter is ignored - e.g. for case when field model ValueBoundProperty.getType() is not String type.
